  Every single time I come with an appointment, I end up waiting beyond what I should have to. For example having an appointment at 9am and still not seeing a doctor until past 10am is ridiculous and no one should have to have to schedule this around work.
  
  Also with coming to the walk in, or my regular doctor I have never felt listened to or any quality in the service provided.
  
  Don't know why I still come here.

  My family has always received outstanding service from this clinic. Waits are always minimal, the receptionists are very helpful, and work really hard. My GP Dr. Salah Iskander provides excellent health care, is very patient and very kind. His receptionist is always very proficient, and has helped me out several times. When I need to bring in my kids for a quick visit we usually ask for Dr. Emhamed, who is always great with my kids, and does really thorough examinations. I love it that they have a full work up lab, and all the technicians are great at taking blood! The washrooms are always clean. Someone in another review mentioned it was dirty, and this has not been my experience going to this clinic for over 10 years now.

  The receptionists at the front counter are definitely lacking customer service skills. They don’t acknowledge patients when they’re standing at the desk to be checked in. On a positive note, the doctors are wonderful.

  Dr. Sidarous is a amazing doctor!! She really listens to you. She is kind and really is a great doctor! What I like about lake wood is that it really has everything in the facility ! Also the receptionist Darleen is great and friendly! I’ve always been seen on time and never had a problem here.
