  Small station with limited parking spots. My bus arrived on time and my luggage was unloaded fast enough.

  If I could I give Greyhound a zero star rating. The company is very incompetent and especially drivers. The first was very rude and miserable towards the customers as the original got sick and he was called. The driver drove us to our destination and became very belligerent with the passengers. I asked where my bag and he said "that's all I have!" I said" No that is not the case as it was packed on this bus." He also was rude to another passenger asking if they can buy a ticket to another stop in which he complained how he was late and unable to provide a ticket. He also said to the person they should have bought it at the depot where they were awaiting prior to get on board. Then returning back from our destination to get home I called greyhound twice to find why the bus has not arrived as the depot at the destination was closed. The first operator claimed they could not locate the bus and gave me the phone number to the local greyhound that I started from. I called again and spoke to another agent who was able to locate the bus and told us that it is coming in 40 minutes. The second driver arrived at the stop and was real piece work in which he was 1 hour and 40 minutes late and was also rude to the passengers. One passenger wanted to buy a ticket to get on board and was rude to the person. When we arrived back, the idiot aka so-called loader did not do a good job as he also did not give my boyfriend his baggage. We asked him where is his bag and he did not once acknowledge us nor did response to us. As far as I am concerned there is no way in hell we are ever using Greyhound again as the workers need to be retrain and learn customer service as well how to provide properly without being an ass.

  Have used the courier service for years. Parcels always arrive promptly and in good shape. Employees are always nice.

  Left me completely stranded alone at 4 am in Banff with a flight to catch at 8 am in Calgary. I have not received any rectification.

  A month ago, I used greyhound express service. I had three luggages from Winnipeg to Jasper. One of them were missing so I dealt with two branches of Greyhound and they had professional customer service. They were really patient of my broken English since I am foreigner. They told me that there is one guy can tracking my package in Winnipeg so I had to call them. I talked to this guy on the phone and he was getting mad at me because of my English. I was getting nervous when he is almost shouting at me on the phone and he expressed his madness over phone. At the end, he told me that how do I know that I lost my luggage and hung up on me. I was already depressed about losing my half of my life in that luggage. On top of that I had another stress dealing with customer service.
  
  I'm not gonna say his name but if he sees it, I want to say sorry about my bad English and for your convenience, I will never use any service from your branch.
